I just came out of a bondfide depression that has lasted on and off for 7 months. I am a born again Christian who has just been freed of this depression and for the first time in a very long time I feel great. My question to all you godly woman out there is what do you do to pamper, nuture and take care of yourself body, mind, soul and spirirt. What are treats materially that you give to yourselves as a reward for a job well done or something you have overcome? How can you do this on a consistant and regular basis? I was just wondering what you thought. And also which one's better health wise. I would cook stuff, but our stove hasn't been working for a while, so I can only cook in the microwave.
