A little old lady answered a knock on the door one day, only to be
confronted by a well-dressed young man carrying a vacuum cleaner. Good morning, said the young man. If I could take a couple of minutes of
your time, I would like to demonstrate the very latest in high powered
vacuum cleaners. Go away, said the old lady. I havent got any money, Im broke As she
proceeded to close the door, the young man wedged his foot in the door and pushed it wide open. Dont be too hasty, he said. Not until you have at least seen my demonstration. And with that, he emptied a bucket of horse manure on her hallway carpet. If this vacuum cleaner does not remove all traces of this horse manure from
your carpet, Madam, I will personally eat the remainder. The old lady stepped back and said,Well I hope you got a damned good appetite,
because they cut off my electricity this morning. What part of broke did you not understand

I am considering upgrading my laptop (Vista o/s) from 1MB of memory to 2MB of memory. Will I be able to tell a drastic change in my computer's speed? I can tell right now that it isn't as fast as it could be, but it's not exactly slow either. What do you think I should do? It was very fast before I put Vista on here.

I've recently been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. At first my levels were great. I was eating right, exercising. And still am. I walk 30 minutes after each meal and stay active. But the last 2 days my levels have been high. 127, 118, 132. And now this morning after breakfast (and exercise) it is 155! Why are they so high, when before they were in good range?? Ok. So my question is, is a few days of high levels going to harm my baby?

I have been a business professional for many years, I was on the ground floor of Megatrends, and Service America. I notice in the business world "excellence" is key in providing a product or service. People will pay the cost to achieve the absolute best in excellence and service that they can afford.

So why is it that so many folks (especially some "Christians") look down on the idea of giving God our very best? Are we not commanded to "be perfect even as our father in heaven is perfect"? Holy or set apart? Or are we willing to give God a minimal effort in expectation of a maximum blessing?

I know there are many of you that are out there and that are willing to pick up the Cross the Lord has called you to shoulder, but what about the rest of you? Why can't we as Christians break the mold of the "80/20 Rule" as in out of 100 people 20% do the work and 80% are there just takin up space looking for a blessing, and walking away from the Lord.... I have a Packard Bell EasyNote SW51 that I bought in March of this year.
Thus far I have had no problems with it (despite running on Vista) however now, it won't charge properly. It won't hold charge as long as it used to, and when it is plugged it it only charges about 1% every 2 minutes. The only times it charges semi-properly is when it is turned off and charging.

When I tried to register my Laptop on the Packard Bell website for assistance, I was told my serial no. is invalid (The no. is the same on the box it came in, plus the laptop casing....) So I need help from you guys. Both to figure out my battery problem, plus to work out why my serial no isn't recognised....
