I'm 19, and my weight ranges from 175 to 180. My 1RM for flat bench is about 260, incline is 230. I eat well and work on my chest once a week. I do flat bench, dumbbell bench press, incline, dumbbell flyes, and cable cross over. I usually do 4 sets of 6-7 reps for each exercise. I am, however, quite envious of an acquaintance (not really a friend) who weighs about the same as I do but benches 185 at most. His pecs have a larger volume than mine. He may be genetically gifted, but I am so jealous. I am wondering 1) if it's all about genetics 2) what I should do to increase the volume of my chest. My mom has always had small breasts, so I wonder if I was born with a gene that prevents chest development.

I am very optomistic i feel everything happens for a reason but over the last 2 years things have happened that would test the strongest of minds. Do you ever say to yourself it can't get much worse then it does? I've stopped saying that sentence has I now feel i'm tempting fate or it doesn't make any difference if i do. My life in the 3 weeks: (similar to last 2 yrs)
The car stopped dead to be scrapped in middle of roundabout
My nan got rushed to hospital and now cannot walk
The washer broke down
My mum discovered she had breast cancer
My Godparent (great Aunt) (on dads side) dies
The paternal father of my 7year old daughter decided to suddenly get in touch (never once bothered) causing stress between my partner who's brought her up since 5 months, myself and my daughter.
My great aunt died leaving my nan and mum traumatised.
My 9year old neice on Sun was playing for no reason stopped breathing she is no longer with us
When will it end enough is enough please asvice????

Hi. I have a no-lease (landlords didn't want to pay taxes on rental) month-to-month rental in VA. Rent included all utilities as well as internet (required for my job.) I've lived here since end of last Aug.

Since I moved in, I have had running water always. I travel for work & am home only 10 days a month +/-, so when I am home I take sponge-baths, and remind landlords (live on property- in main house) that the water is not working. They have tried to fix it but have not been successfull.

Also the internet was installed 3 months after I moved in. Last month, the internet was removed w/o 30 days notice (30 days lease change notice required in VA) and I suffered through work for that b/c I didn't have internet.

Monday, landlords said they didn't want to rent anymore b/c they were "Tired of hearing me complain about the water."
Um... once every 2 months for a year?!? And water is not an unreasonable request!!

Based on evolutionary theory humans could be related to simians in many ways. If this is true why is it that when a human does not cut his/her head hair, it will continue to grow? Why is it that monkeys do not need to cut their hair? It seems that their hair has a determinate final length.

My husband tried to look up a country song on the computer that he heard on the radio the other day called the perfect man or kenny chesneys butt. He said it was these women talking about what a perfect mans traits would be and one of them would be Kenny Chesneys Butt. I have looked everywhere and cannot find this song. Does anyone know the actual name of it or who its by?

You don't have to go into detail, but just gimme a little number.

How often do you actually tell the truth when asked a question. Or are you more concerned with hurting peoples feelings and what other people will think about you?

My favorite one is:
"I don't care about looks, it's what's on the inside that counts"

When Astronaut Neil Armstrong first walked on the moon, he not only gave his famous one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind statement but followed it by several remarks, usual between him, the other astronauts and Mission Control. Just before he re-entered the lander, however, he made the enigmatic remark, "Good luck Mr. Gorsky".

Many people at NASA thought it was a casual remark concerning some rival Soviet Cosmonaut. However, upon checking, there was no Gorsky in either the Russian or American space programs.

Over the years many people questioned Armstrong as to what the Good luck Mr. Gorsky statement meant, but Armstrong always just smiled.

Four years ago, while answering questions following a speech, a reporter brought up the 26 year old question to Armstrong. This time he finally responded. Mr. Gorsky had finally died and so Neil Armstrong felt he could answer the question.

When he was a kid, he was playing baseball with a friend in the backyard. His frie
