This is not something that you should ignore even if your doctor says so!Go see another doctor for a second opinion. You may have to change its formula.
Good luck and I hope everything will be fine for your baby

It could be a number of different things that are al lumped together under the name colic. My son had colic but he also had reflux which was very painful for him, made him vomit and scream a lot and changed his appetite. He was given Gaviscon by the doctors and although it tasted terrible, it worked and within a few months he could safely come off it. He did outgrow the colic as well. Ask your doctor if your son could have reflux...at least there are medications that can help. Good luck.

Has he changed his formula, if so then that might be the case. If not then maybe he's constipated, gasey or maybe he's not being burped enough. Try burping him with every ounce he drinks that should help him keep his milk down.
If that does not work then talk to the Dr. and ask him to recommand a new formula.
Some babies just spit up a lot and they do grow out if it. My neighbors four month old went through the same stage.
Gripe water also works miracles
Good Luck.

It sounds like your son has reflux. My friend's baby had the same issues and certain doctors called it a "laundry problem" because he was spitting up. She said it had seemed to be really hurting him.
I am not sure how she found the doctor but she found a child's specialist who diagnosed her baby with reflux and put him on meds.
I am not sure if your baby is breastfed or on formula but try to feed him in a slightly more upright position, I have heard that helps.

My son had the same symptoms when he was a baby and we found he was allergic to iron in his formula. Changed him to the iron free and he did fine. Hope this helps

if you are breast feeding he could be having allergies to something you are eating-it would take a few weeks of exposure to the allergen to manifest. Mine was a soy formula baby due to lactose intolerance that manifested in severe projectile(copious amounts of hurl) If you don't eat or drink milk or milk products it could be wheat/gluten allergies-change your diet and see if it helps...

One of mine had a similar problem, and it turned out to be reflux. He's now over 4 months and it seems to be getting better.

I have two words for you. GRIPE WATER.
Saved my sanity with my daughter a thousand times. She spit up and drooled and cried....
A tiny little baby spoon and silence.

There's too much junk in the food and not enough nutrients and vitamins. Is the environment stressful or fake love?
