You haven't given quite enough information, but I would speculate that the half equation for this reaction of hydroxylamine is:

2NH2OH ------> N2 + 2H+ +2e- + 2H2O

(or 2NH3OH+ --------N2 + 4H+ + 2e- + 2H2O)

and, of course, Fe3+ + e- -----> Fe2+
