Please also provide another reaction with benzoic acid, although I have a feeling that the mechanism is the same. I know that there will be a formation of some colored complex, however, I don't know the formula to this. Answers are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think anyone knows the formula of the iron(III) benzoate complex.
