I am divorced and remarried, ex-husband is also remarried. My husband and I had to file chapter 13 back in 2004. March 2007 we were discharged from bankruptcy. My exhusband says that he had to pay what I didnt pay on those bills I threw into bankruptcy. He now says I owe him over $11,000. and wants me to pay it back to him. In the meantime I am taking him to court because he owes the kids $28,000+ in back child support. So what he proposes is that we negotiate by subtracting the $11,000 from the child support he owes the children. Is it possible that the creditors went after him for the bills I threw into bankruptcy, also, I live in a community property state.

(Note: I asked the same question in another way earlier.)

From mediamatters.org:

What Clyburn said... is that if Gen. David Petraeus were to report in September that the military effort in Iraq "is working very, very well at this point; we would be foolish to back away from it," it would cause "those 47 Blue Dogs ... to want to stay the course, and if the Republicans were to remain united, as they have been, then it would be a problem for us."

I can agree that he probably didn't mean he wanted defeat so that the Democrats would score a political victory. But what did Jim Clyburn's statement really say about his own feelings about Iraq? On the one hand, he thinks that if the surge is working, we should stay. On the other hand, he is concerned that if it really is working, the Demos will not be able to get us out. This is not necessarily "rooting for defeat," but he is blatantly fence-straddling.

Can anybody tell me exactly what he wants, both in Iraq and in Congress?

I have trouble putting polo wraps on my horse's legs. I always get confused about which way they go on and how to wrap them, even though my trainer has shown me once. I'm afraid I'll put them on wrong and hurt his legs.
We have a show saturday and I want to wrap his legs for trailering. Can someone help me out?

My husband is deployed and he's been gone for most of my pregnancy. I've taken pictures of my growing belly and even made video's of the baby moving. He says that he still doesn't feel like his having a baby and it's just another person who's having the baby. He's even picked out EVERYTHING and bought things for the baby but he still feels like he's not part of it at all. He's extremely upset about this and I can't think of any more ways to help him feel like he's having a baby too. He's also scared that he's not going to accept the baby when he gets back. There's even a chance that he's might miss the delivery too. Anyone have any ideas of ways to help?

I've tried everything to figure this one out but it is beyond me.

My car was stolen, and when I got it back, I had to rebuild it, and when I was done, the blower motor would not work. I could turn the dial, and the compressor would kick on and everything, but no air moved. Spent a day tryin to fix it, but nothing. The next day, went to my car, turned on the A/C one more time and all of a sudden the blower motor kicked on, and worked ever since (bout 4 days), untill today, when out of nowhere it shut off and I can't seem to get it to work again....

Any ideas?

How much time can a woman use to have a baby with a complicated birth? This is different that FMLA. Under FMLA this woman is running out of time. I understand that the Family Care Act is more worker friendly.

I have an 02 Nissan maxima with 128000 miles on it. I just recently changed the spark plugs on it and after that I started having some problems

The first problem was that my RPM gauge went out.

Second problem was that my SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was on and it would take about 10 seconds until the car had started.

I took it to autozone and they read the SES lights that were on and it said that i needed a new

Crankshaft Position Sensor P0725 and an Engine Speed input Circuit Malfunction.

My problem is i have no clue where it is LOCATED and how to replace it.

Thanks!

Andrew
