I signed a purchase agreement back in January before the house was even built and I have been renting since then, rent to own. But, now I decided that I do not want to purchase this house. The agreement states that my earnest money will be non refundable so does this mean that I can back out? Do I have to go through court or anything? Any advice would be helpful... thank you

I'm looking for somewhere that has a zip-line (also known as a flying fox) near Sydney. I know there is a treetop adventure centre in WA and south QLD, but not seen any in NSW. If you can help you will make my wife very happy on her birthday!

My mother wants to send her dog to live with me for a while (I live in Denver, Mother in Chicago). I've done all the research through the airlines and it seems like it's not a big deal to ship a dog. However, I wanted to check with the Answers community. Have you ever had a bad experience shipping a dog? Any tips or any reason why I shouldn't have my dog shipped?

The dog is a 5 year old 50 pound basset hound in good shape (in case that makes a difference).

My female gsd 10 weeks keep wanting to bite my ankle like mouth it. I know shes growing new teeth, but when she can't find her chew toys she comes to me and bite me ankle. I think she wants to play, but i give her big long walks each day atleast 4 times. I hit her, but then she barks at me. I spray her with a spray bottle she barks too.....

Buffy Season Eight-what do you think will happen?
I know how some people feel aboutthe new serialized format of the t.v show put into comic book form, and I know that some of the early plots can be confusing, a little bit boring and overused as well as cliche, like Amy and Warren coming back, who didn't know that they wouldn't use old characters for the new season, but how do u think the storys will evolve, what do u think will happen to the Scoobies as more issues come out, I'm thinking Simone and Leah are two Slayers that might betray the gang, Simone with the guns and Leah with the jealousy of Satsu. Do u think Angel or Spike will make a real apperance anytime soon? What about Xander and Renee? Is Andrew gay? will Faith actually have to kill another Slayer, with all the past issues she has? Will that Initative-y like thing be blasted away, I'm getting tired of it? Did Dawn really sleep with that thricewise or is it all a ruse? What do u think is gonna happen? Possibilty for season 9?

I remember watching a programm involving a dollshouse where the people were real and trying to escape. I seem to remember metal shutters coming down over the windows to stop the people getting out. Also I seem to recall what appeared to be melted chocolate over the house. Can anyone jog my memory with the name of this film? My husband says it's Amityville but I am sure it is something else, I think it may be related to 'V' or something similar.

Just got married in june. been together 3 years.Inlaws moved from AL-rent apt 3blk away. Husb.& I are looking to buy a house. he wants his parents to move in with us. The dynamics in our relationship have changed dramatically since they have been around. my husband is a momma boy, and mom is trying to compeate for wife role. I understand that she is retired and offering to cook dinner is nice...but i am constantly compeating for a place/role. In laws constanstly say racial comments about me being a mix.(wht-Mex) and hubby wont let me talk to them about these issues...Because they would get hurt and offended.."They dont know any better" , i have to deal with it.
I do have fears of losing control of my household etc. when it comes to his parents, they win. I already told hubby i dont want ANYONE to live with us! The relationship between the 3 of them is sick, co-dependent,manipulative etc. I dont want to be a part of that. In-laws moving in was not something we agreed to!

A blonde was driving home and got caught in a really bad hailstorm. Her car was covered with dents, so the next day she took it to the repair shop. The shop owner saw that she was a blonde and decided to have some fun. He told her just to go home and blow into the tail pipe really hard and all the dents would pop out.

The blonde went home, got down on her hands and knees and started blowing into her tail pipe. Nothing happened. She blew a little harder and still nothing happened. Her roommate, also a blonde, came home and said, "What are you doing?" The blonde told her how the repairman had instructed her to blow into the tailpipe in order to get all the dents to pop out.

Her blonde roommate rolled her eyes and said, "Hell-oooo! You need to roll up the windows first !!
