Think about it, democracy is by the people for the people. What if the people are stupid? Then you get something that is by the stupid for the stupid. A country (particularly a world superpower) should not be controlled by stupid people.

Keep in mind that the test I am proposing would not have a partisan swing. It would just be something that tests if the person is intelligent enough to understand what is going on in the world. It would also test how well the person understood how the government runs.

This is not some sneaky joke poking fun at the average intelligence of the members of a certain political party, I'm just wondering if anyone else thinks that this is a good idea.

Please, just answer why or why not you would support such a test. No mud slinging, I don't care what you think is wrong with whatever political party you oppose.

Thank you.

In the mid 1960's it was "Global Cooling" - we were to be destroyed by a new ice age.

In the 80's it was "Acid Rain" - it will kill all plants, marine life and make your hair fall out (women flipped)

In 1999 it was Y2K - complete and total shut-down of all systems - with a stone age to follow.

Today, it is "global warming". A masterpiece of Al Gore and others with private agenda's and scare tactics.

Is Global Warming, as presented by our 'leaders', a sham and just yet another natural cycle of the earth?

I bought a silicone dildo (safe, non-latex) on-line. It wasn't cheap but I know my wife could use silicone instead of other materials that make her itch. HOWEVER, this morning I get the UPS package, take out the box and HAHAHAHAAH... the thing is freakin' huge. Two inches around. Like a baby's arm. Do I send it back (they allow that if original package was unopened -- it is transparent) and get my money back, or do I show it to my wife who may one, get turned on... two, laugh... or three, get grossed out and wonder why she married such a sicko. Help

Do you think the U.S. government purposely allowed the attack on Pearl Harbor to galvanize Americans against the Japanese, and by association, the Germans? Do you see any similarities to 9/11?

I have a really great family. Each loves me and my parents work really hard to earn decent wages.
The thing is Im VERY different to all of them.
... I read alot and my sister always slags me calling me boring ... My mother always says 'why dont you go outside and excercise, socialise - but she doesnt realise the only thing people my age (17) is drink and have sex . . . Not what I want.
My Dad is loud and abbrasive, he is known to my cousins as 'their crazy wild uncle' but to me, he is silly and loud ...

I just feel confined, and were going away tomorrow on a family holiday, all they want to do is lay on the beach, and then go out and drink at night.
I want to go to Museum's, sites and carnivals...

I just feel so dumb and out numbered, I feel like Im adopted sometimes....

How the hell does it make sense that people are geneticaly made to be homosexual. Homosexuals become homosexual because they choose to.
If being a homosexual were genetic then that would when homosexuals that have kids would have there kids become likely . I mean you see people turning gay, back to straight then sometimes bi sexual so how the hell is it genetics. If it were genetic. If you want to be gay that's ok , i don't hate gay people , i just hate it when people blame genetics as the cause. It's not genetics people just choose it, learn to accept that it's a life stlye and sexuality. Its a peference they choose.
Thats like murderers are murderers because of genetics. Or that pedofiles are like that because of genetics. It makes no freaking sense! People just choose to do what they do. Wether it is right or wrong is a another issue but i don't think gay people are bad, bad people bad. Theres all type of bad people. But come on and stop making an excuses for homosexualit
