I asked a question and the answerers said HE MIGHT BE GAY...what do you think?
THIS WAS THE QUESTION AND THEY ANSWERED THAT HE MIGHT BE GAY!!! THE PPL ON YAHOO SAID THAT...not ppl who actually know him...

Friends VS More than Friends?
When a guy friend speak to YOU first before speaking to anyone else?
Does that mean anything?
If he enters the room...he's saying my name.
If he walks up to the group...he's saying my name.
If he leave the room, I get the goodbyes.
He can't walk past me without saying my name or a name he makes up off my name. Lisa Pisa or Lisa Lisa.
And if we are going to be apart for a long time...like a vacation or long holiday...I get a hug maybe two hugs.

Is that guy friend behavior or is he telling me something?!?!

AND THE REASON IT'S MY BUSINESS...IS I LIKE HIM!

I was arrested for shoplifting 8 years ago. I paid a fine, went to "shoplifting class" and the arrest was expunged. Why did I not get a jury to see over my trial.

Who determines when a jury is needed? Did I not get my due process because I wasn't judged by a panel of my peers?

i would rather lease a new car and then finance the buyout amount than finance a certified used car. I dont drive a lot of miles and i am not hard on my cars when it comes to damaging the body and interior. why would that be a bad idea?

Anyone who belives biology and its study somehow undermine the wonder of life/ God ect, clearly don't know or love their subject. We know more about the first seconds of the universe than we do about how the very first lifeform could possibly have come into being.

Anyone who thinks evolution/ biology is somehow proof that there is no God, has a pitifully narrow and impoverished idea of exactly what an Omnipotent being might be or do. Ironically, many physics therorists can " envisage" a multiverse, yet so called believers in a God, seem to prefer a little, limited Omnipotent God.
Isn't time to drop the doctrine adherence perspective for a more generous inclusive idea of life love and the universe. There are scientists who are "religious", without being nutjobs btw. I think we need to remember that science history is full of dogma and opposition to new paradigms, not to mention evil results of "good intentions". Maybe we need a new hypocratic oath for science AND religion.

GUN HISTORY

Whether you agree or not, it's an interesting lesson in history.

Something to think about...

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------

In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------

Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
------------------------------
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million 'educated' people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
-----------------------------

Defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control: 56 million.
------------------------------
It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million dollars.

The first year results are now in:

Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2 percent Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6 percent.
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!

In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note, that while the law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not, and criminals still possess their guns!)

While figures over the previous 25 years showed a steady decrease in armed robbery with firearms, this has changed drastically upward in the past 12 months, since criminals now are guaranteed that their prey is unarmed.

There has also been a dramatic increase in break-ins and assaults of the ELDERLY. Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such monumental effort, and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns. The Australian experience and the other historical facts above prove it.

You won't see this data on the American evening news or hear our president, governors or other politicians disseminating this information. Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens.

Take note my fellow Americans.....before it's too late!

The next time someone talks in favor of gun control, please remind them of this history lesson.
With guns, we are 'citizens'. Without them, we are 'subjects'

I am several years older then him and and am often the only one forced to babysit. Ordinarily I'd be good, but my brother has just learned things that shouldn't be done. He kicks and punches, and hard, in places like eyes and stomach. He jumps on me and throws hard things. He uses bad language from Shut up to even the f word. My parents refuse to discipline him, and now I can't because he either just laughes at me or hurts me if I stay with him. I have asked my parents repeatedly to discipline him because this behavior is unacceptable, but they say they have better things to do with their time. What should I do?

Ha got ya, this is suppose to be for people that still believe that myth about keeping goldfish in a bowl or a common pleco in a 10 gallon tank

The answer to that is simply NO, and here is why
http://www99.epinions.com/content_318561...

Here is also a site the provides info on proper care for goldfish
http://www.firsttankguide.net/goldfish.p...

Here is the correct info on a common pleco and his needs
http://members.tripod.com/~boeing_dude/i...
What does it say here, oh a minimum of 40 gallon, and you want to put him in a 10 gallon?

Wrong information everywhere, constantly I here from people that get advised from store employees that a pleco can go in a 10 gallon and a goldfish can live in a bowl?!?!

Come on people get real and do some research, before you buy ANY kind of fish

This so called question is intended as an opinion poll

This is what happened. My husband and I have been in a bad marriage for many years. But specifically, in Dec. he got mad at me because I did not want to go to a social event because it was the 3rd one in a row over the Christmas holidays. Anyway for the first time, he pulled me out of bed and said "you're going *****. I went and almost right after that I could not go to work. I was so depressed that i stayed in bed for 16 hours a day and only got up to take a shower and barely ate anything. I am still depressed. i'm seeing a psychiatrist. I know it sounds silly but could this have caused this depression, you know like a PTS disorder or reaction. We live together but don't talk to one another. I'm not sure I can return to work in Sept. I was substitute teaching 3 days per week.

Any comments or suggestions please.......I should mention that I am taking Lexapro for severe depression. I have always been depressed and anxious....but could this have pushed me off the edge??
