Peanut butter! on crackers, celery, bread or just by the spoonful!
It has protein, which seems to make the hunger go away and it's good for you, too.
Even if you add some jelly and make a PBJ, it's still good eats.

Do some crackers and cheese...the crackers will be a filler while there is protein in the cheese and protein takes longer to digest so it will keep you happy until dinner time.

pb&j, fruit salad, veggies, granola or protein bar, fruit smoothie, some nuts and raisins (make a trail mix and add some pretzels to it), something healthy and fast<3
