My computer's RAM is 254MB (Pentium4, winXP[desktop]), and I'm not sure if having more RAM would speed up the game.I think my desktop itself is much slower than my friend's laptop (RAM, 1GB), so I would like to know if RAM would speed my computer as whole. My graphic card isn't too bad, and I'm not using my RAM too much on other stuffs while playing the game. And if I do buy RAM memory, what should I look for ? Any answers apprieciated (T^T)!

His boss is a white male and my husband is black. He has had a previous altercation with the same person before. His boss has also made references about "runnin out of chittlins" and today he went overboard and called him a "boy". It was made in an attempt as a personal attack on my husband and now I want justice! No one should have to take any type of verbal abuse from anyone at their job especially from their boss!!! We have filed a complaint with store management but I feel it should be taken further. What other options do we have?

Age/Transportation - I'm turning sixteen in August and will [hope to god] get my drivers liscense the first try so I can drive to a job. I reside in Wisconsin.

People Skills - I have EXCELLENT people skills. Helping people just enough without passing into annoyance is my speciality. I am very good at interviews and one-on-one situations. Being a leader and taking charge are some of my strong points.

Academic Skills - I'm a high honours student who has been recommended for academic and leadership events. GPA around 3.9.

Others - I have probably one of the biggest work ethic cores of any teenager. I never, ever give up at a challenge or request.


With all this in mind, where would be good places to work?

A few I've thought of were [and why]:

American Eagle - love clothes
Gamestop - love video games
Rue 21 - love clothes

I'd like to work in retail, since I love selling to ppl.

I'd personally not want to work at like a fast food place beacuse I hate food.

What do you suppose would happen to my glass fishtanks in the event of an earthquake say 7.0 on the rictor scale? (These are full of water and fish). What about a smaller earthquake? I imagine an acrylic tank would be ok. Maybe this is an advantage to acrylic? Has anyone had experiences with their fishtanks in an earthquake? Did your tank(s) hold up?

My glass ones are: one 55gal, one 38gal, one 45-50hex, and one 10gal if it makes a difference.

I also have 3 med/small acrylic tanks but I would think those would be ok, don't you?

Any imput is welcome.

(I'm curious on this matter and want to be prepared for the possible if not unlikely event of a natural disaster)

Ok, there is this guy that I see almost every day. I have known him for like 8 years. We are friends. But I like him so bad. I like cry all the tme and this is why. if so, how can this be done? is it going to affect her physically, as in pain? how much does it cost? do you have to go to a hospital? My friend published his first scientific paper when he was 14 in the field of Botany. He graduated from college, went on an interview to a top doctoral progam. The advisor said, 'You're welcome to join the program but to tell the truth, there's nothing we can teach you that you don't already know' He joined anyway, and got his Ph.D. last year. He taught for a year, quit and now is writing fiction and working as a waiter. He said he only went through the program because it would make him look respectable to others. And he claims to be a lot happier now.that he realizes he doesn't need that kind of 'respect'. Is this scenario common in our competitive society today?
