Steve is the former head bodyguard on "The Jerry Springer Show". Steve! Steve! Steve! Do you care? Do you like Steve? Do you think the show will be any good or just like all the other talk shows out there? Opinions?

“I think that when someone comes in this country illegally, it starts a tradition or culture,... they come in illegally; everything they do from that point on is illegal. And so it's almost impossible to get a driver’s license or insurance so they just start breaking one law after another. I think it’s seductive. I think after a while ... they don't pay too much attention to rule of law that this country was established on.”

‘THERE'S NOT MUCH TO BE DONE...’

According to one policeman, 'We do a lot of this kind of thing and we can tell you that there's not much to be done about it.’

The maximum penalty the man could have faced for driving without a license, a misdemeanor, would be 30 days in jail. Driving without insurance is only a ticketable offense.

THINK ABOUT THIS:
Not only would YOUR own insurance company have to absorb the cost for repairing YOUR vehicle, but the other illegal immigrant driver was soon going to be back on the streets like nothing happened.

I have a business trip for week to Levi, Finland next January. It's north of the Arctic circle and probably going to be around -40 to -36 degrees centigrade.

Since the harshest winter I have to deal with rarely gets below freezing, I doubt that I have the right clothing.

What sort of stuff will I need to get by in that weather?

Ok. In America off the coasts of most beaches... like Daytona Fl., Panama Fl., and Myrtle Beach Sc.
Once a wave comes up and receeds it leaves behind things that I call 'diggers'. I know that's not the real name but I want to know exactly what they are. They are about 1 cm. long and are triangle shaped. They dig down into the sand after the wave leaves. Their shells are a variety of colors. I guess that they could be classified as a mollosk... They resemble an oyster or clam in the way that their shell is 2 shells tightly connected with an animal that resembles (there's no other way to say it)... snot.
So if anybody had any ideas I'd really appreciate it. This is one of those annoying questions that makes it so I cannot sleep untill I have an answer. Thanks.

I bought a cookbook, tried a few recipes online, but I haven’t yet been able to get into it because I often have to buy ingredients I have never heard of before, and frankly, have never seen. The preparation time can be crazy!!! On top of all that, my Filipino family has always cooked basic Filipino food, so my wanting to cook is hindered by the fact that the only ingredients available to me are those that my parents are familiar with. Very discouraging for an aspiring cook. For now, all I really want to do is learn the basics to different styles of cooking. I don’t know if that makes any sense. I want to be able to prepare different meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I want to be able to learn recipes that I can use in everyday life. Filipino recipes are more than welcome!!! : )
Fast and easy recipes with cuisine-like results would be great! Is this really possible or just wishful thinking?
