Yahoo sent me a 60 watt soft white flourescent light to as they put it " helping to make a better planet", I was also sent a book bag that is just right size for a few papers. That light is about as bright as the idea and that's pretty dim. The book bag isn't big enough to hold anything but the light bulb that arrived today. Anybody have any suggestions???????????

A number of simple chemical substances first came together and formed a protein - which is no more possible than a randomly scattered collection of letters coming together to form a poem. Then, other coincidences led to the emergence of other proteins. These then also combined by chance in an organized manner. Not just proteins, but DNA, RNA, enzymes, hormones and cell organelles, all of which are very complex structures within the cell, coincidentally happened to emerge and come together. As a result of these billions of coincidences, the first cell came into being. The miraculous ability of blind chance did not stop there, as these cells then just happened to begin to multiply. According to the claim in question, another coincidence then organized these cells and produced the first living thing from them.

I'm so sick of everyone peeing on the toilet seat and not wiping it off. That's why it's so gross to sit on toilet seats. If we would all just sit on them, there would be no need to worry.

South Carolina requires a one year seperation.
apparently that starts over if you spend the night there even if it is in a different room of the house and no sex took place.

they filed for divorce 2.5 years ago however they "1 year" was started over due to her trying to remain friends.

she wants it over... he doesnt
and he refuses to go to court and say it has been over a year as late last year she was forced to stay there (in a seperate bedroom, no sex) due to a very severe storm.

she needs to know what would be the risk involved in saying it has been the year under those circumstances.

she has him realizing it is over and therefore he has filed for the divorce. but he is worried that will come and bite him.
HOWEVER... sure certainly is not going to rat him out.
any experience or knowledge regarding this would be very appriciated by her.
thanks

ok, I am going out tonite with the girls. and the thing is, I haven't drank in over a year (not a former alcoholic, just never did)

so you know that means, I cannot hold my liquor. But I want to get a little tipsy. just not too much. How can I prevent from taking a spill and getting wasted?

I know this question is ridiculous, but I need some tips.

...I'm 19 years old. I attended community college for a half of a semester and I didn't do so well. Now because of financial issues, I haven't been able to go back.

Does this consider me a failure? I've been called that recently...this is really a hard thing for me. I've applied for scholarships...and student loans, but nothing comes through.

I don't have that kind of money to go back right now. So my question is...am I a loser if I don't go back right away?

Let (X, M, u) be a measure space. The definition of the Lebesgue integral over X for a function defined on X and with values in [0, oo] is given in terms of simple functions, that is,
Int f du = supremum {Int phi du | phi is a measurable simple function satisfying 0 <= phi <= f}. Some authors require phi to take on only finite values, but others allow phi to take on oo. It's not hard to show that in both cases the value of Int f du is the same. But if we allow simple functions to take on oo, then the standard proof of the Monotone Convergence Theorem, the one due to H. Levy, is not valid, Because, for c in (0, 1) and phi a measurable simple function such that 0 <= phi <= f, we define X_n = {x in X | f_n(x) >= c phi(x)}, n=1,2 ,3 ...f_n being a monotone increasing sequence of measurable functions on X. If we require phi to have only finite values, then X = Union X_n. But if we allow phi to take on oo, then this is not true. That's the reason for my question.
