I laugh at bitter Cons like you, who are still licking their wounds over the GOP's humiliating defeat.

Dems/ Libs don't control congress. We don't have 60-odd congressmen that are democrats. I believe there are about 50 or 51. Becuase Congress needs a 2/3 vote. Your question is not truthful

As you well know, or should know, NOTHING can be done in Congress because we have Republican control STILL...or we'd be out of this war yesterday and people may decide to assume that following a president doesn't mean they are patriotic, being a good American means following the law, not a candidate. Being a good American means following and supporting our Constitution NOT one man, not one president.. This will work for me when Bush is impeached for crimes against humanity and crimes against the American people. ANY REAL AMERICAN would support the constitution OVER a simpleton who's dad bought him an election. The man in office who lied to us will always be followed by the weak and ignorant, and those who in life can not admit when they are wrong... Liberal means open minded, Conservative means same old same old...if that remained we'd still be having women not vote, and minorities abused...change made that happen, not same old same old..

If nothing else, Democratic control of the Congress makes it much harder for Bush to continue to flush the country down the toilet in his remaining 2 years.

Nope. As soon as Pelosi said that she was taking impeachment off the table, I knew we were getting more of the same.

Yes I was pretty happy but it was not really that big of a deal because they do not have too big of a majority and right now things are okay but more could be done
