Let's say this place had an air-hockey table, a PS2 with 70+ games, a computer, cable with ALL the channels (yes, even THOSE channels)...a bar, and several board games!!

I have never had a "best friend", or even a group of close friends. The friends I have now are totally unreliable (you can read one of my previous questions about them). I also have only had one girlfriend, which was a short 2-month thing about 3 years ago. Sometimes I just get depressed and lonely. How do people find someone to be close to and be able to tell your life stories to?

well this is what many ppl tell me. well i do engg...2nd yr student. i dont have friends who would want to go out and enjoy life. i always wanted to do that. but i never got friends who are that type. now my family members they are all the go-out types..they tell me all this stuff and its embarassing man....it sucks. i dont want to go out w/ them. its just that ive never gone out much so i dont know the places to hang out. what do i do now? i am not very keen to go exploring out there myself all alone. i mean, you gotta have company right..i dont wanna be a home bird. im in a dilemma..

Now my stomach hurts in waves. Like will hurt for 10 seconds and then not for a short time. And when the pain does hit it hits so hard. Almost enough to bring me down to my knees. would you be comfortable receiving gifts from a guy who works at a burger shop @ $6.75 an hour but still puts overtime just to buy u dat gift.... or from a guy who works at some office @ $11.25 an hour and really dosnt need the extra hours but still buys you gifts with da same intention as the guy who works at the burger shop?

Moral without following the bible, that is. For example, I've had several Christians say, "Well, if you don't have the bible, how do are you supposed to know what's right and wrong?"

It's really not that hard. It can be summed up in one sentence (which, coincidentally, is the main tenet followed by wiccans. I'm not wiccan but I've always followed this): "An it harm none, do what ye will."

So, if you simply keep in mind that you should not harm others with the intention of delivering ill will physically, mentally, etc. (except in cases of self defense, of course) that is really the only rule you need for life.

I just find it strange that people don't think that atheists, agnostics and other non-religious people are upstanding human beings simply because they don't follow a religion. It's really disturbing to me.
