I need to lose 40lbs before my school year begins which best excersie can make me lose 40 lbs . PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP! ANYONE?

If you can walk an hour every day, you will lose weight. That alone will help, but you need to eat right, too. Drink lots of water. To lose in your hips, grab hold of dining room chair and with your feet spread apart, stoop down, bending knees, and then back up. Try to do as many of these as you can. You will be amazed at how much this will help you loose in that area. Also, on all fours, kick back one leg at a time (10 times). Then kick out side ways (known as the fire hydrant). This helps firm up those thighs as you lose weight. Good luck. Most important, don't be to hard on yourself. Remember that it takes time to lose or you will become discouraged and give up and continue to gain instead of lose. If you can find someone to walk with you, you will be more apts to continue your routine.

If you are not used to exercising, you might want to try some low-impact exercises that are outdoors during the summer, such as swimming, water aerobics, and bicycle riding. Keep your workouts low-key for the first week so you can gradually work out longer as you get stronger. Start lap swimming by simply working on improving your stroke rather than going for so many laps in such and such time. Have someone at the pool critique your strokes so you can learn to streamline and smooth out. Learn how to use a kickboard to work on the scissor kick, the breaststroke kick, and the side stroke kick. Use the leg floats to work on your arm strokes and practice your breathing. The better you get, the farther you will go. Swimming is very low-impact and won't hurt your knees.
If you can't get to a pool, try getting on a bicycle. Bicycle riding will also help you lose a few pounds without giving you shinsplints (tiny cracks in your shin bones from harsh impact). If you can find some hills, try climbing up some hills on your bicycle to work out oyour heart rate and build up leg muscle.
You can always start walking for free. Climbing hills and stairs as you walk will help drop pounds fast. If you have no hills, try climbing the bleachers at a nearby football stadium. You will increase your heart-pumping capacity if you put variety into your workouts with timeperiods of hard climbing balanced with walking on the flat.

I'm assuming school begins in about a month. Bottom line is, losing 40 pounds in one month is not healthy, period. The only way to loose that much is to basically starve your body of what it needs, food. Your target weight loss should be about two pounds per week, 4 if you really push it. Besides, if you loose 40 pounds that quickly, you will get it all right back.

Loosing weight should be gradual.

I do 3 mile walks with my puppy close the seashore or on the harbor, Its so effortless, I pop in my ipod benefit from the view and get recreation, Sometimes i convey an extended a companion to speak with.. I might love to begin strolling. Watched my cousin drop a ton of weight from strolling!
