I hate it when people say things about how you have to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior to go to heaven. I don't know if I believe in God, but I think anyone can get to heaven (if there is one) as long as they're a good person. Even an athiest could make it if they're a good person as far as I'm concerned. What do you think?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 6 months and love eachother a lot. We share everything and are very close. He even knows my yahoo pass and all my family problems and etc etc he knows EVERYTHING. so todya he spent the day writing up his personal statement for admissions to med school (its just like wiritng an essay to get into college). when i asked him to let me see it bc it matters to me too -- he said no, and that he wanted his privacy. he said it was too embarassing and insists that im just invading his privacy. i told him that i love him and that there shouldnt be anything to be be embarrased about or hide, nor should there be a line between us, but he holds firm on his decision. ive been crying a lot and bah -- i just feel like maybe were not as close as i thought? he says hes like this with everyone but im not "everyone"

is he right? and what should i do? and how should i feel?

Me and some friends were watching the hotdog eating contest on DVR yesterday and the announcer said the following...
"This would be the greatest moment in the history of American Sports if Chestnut could pull this off!"
and
"Chestnut is a true American hero!"

Are you joking? Does this guy even know of sports called BAseball, basketball, or football?? Obviously not since he thinks that was the greatest moment in sport history. What a LOSER!!

The bible says " No man knows the DAY nor the HOUR that the Son of Man cometh"

So why did people think the rapture would happen on 7 / 7/ 07, I knew this would happen, God will come when we least expect him to come,

If we knew the day Jesus was come (Ex. Sept 8, 2007) then most people would sin until the time is near then everyone would come to christ but it doesn't work like that. We need to stop putting dates on when we THINK he is coming and just live the life according to his will, in Jesus Christ.

I was told that if I used this motif in helping a friend decorate his living room (the layout and several items already in the room would lend themselves to the decor going in this direction) I could be sued or prosecuted.
