Hot. I have one and so does my husband, all of our kids do too. I also have dimples, hubby does not, and all of our kids only have ONE dimple on the left side of their face. Weird huh?

Definitely not. John Travolta is definitely fine with that. But when Fergie decided to have cleft chin, she looked like a fake Fergie to me.

Case-by-case basis just as people without clefts. I don't think the cleft is a make-it-or-break-it feature.
