I'm 28 years old and i'm in therapy(but will end in 2 weeks) because i suffered of child abuse(psychological and been in bad relationships with abusif men.I haven't achieve a lot.Wanted to know how do you cope or trive or over come negative experiences?? Where does your optimisim and self_esteem came from???(i don't have a good relationship with my family, don't have friends because they used me and don't have a boyfriend)

I planted 4 pumpkin vines at the back of my small garden. They are now 4-6 feet long, have about 20 flowers each (from the size of a walnut to the size of my hand) and are growng over/pulling down the other plants in the garden. I should have planted them farther apart, but live and learn.

Can I transplant them to another part of the garden? How would I transplant the vines?

i like her and all but she is going off to college and i still have another year of high school and she is living at college. and i have trouble keeping my mind on just her when she is around let alone across the city and at the same time she has been doing stuff lately that has jut been bothering me and i am not sure if i should wait it out longer or utillize the rest of my summer being single or have less tied down relationships if you know where i am coming from.. or just stick with this one becuase overall so far it is working out ok and there is nothing seriously wrong. like there is another girl i am interested in..and we are very good friends and like share similar personality traits and stuff but i am scared we wont have similar ideas about how a relationship should work. i am also really scared to hurt the girl i am giong with. i would feel terrible. if i do break up with her i will use the college excuse since that is the most understandable and she may not get as hurt by it

So I found out my only friend at this campground was using me so I confronted her by email because I tried in person and she never listened and she never replied so I decided to break off the friendship and I am going to do so but I am really sad now cuz she was my only friend here and I watch her real friends hang w/ her and it bothers me but we arent meant to be friends/ How can I cheer up?
