ur question is very funny,anyways i m from india,female,17 yrs,my hair is till my shoulders..i cut my hair once in a year.,it depends on the hair style how much i cut my hair,i cut my hair so much bcoz i luv to do new hair styles.,it depends on my wish whenever i might cut my hair,may b after 1 yr or about 6 months..i dont cut my hair,i visit a parlour..
