I am a professional man. I would like to know what people think, because I don't think there is a right answer.

Assumptions:
1. This is not first marriage, so all that sacredness about marriage for life is moot in a way.
2. I make 10 times the woman, say 400K vs 40K.
3. I am willing to pay for all her expenses (everything except for her childen's luxuries, say private music and athletic lessons) while she's with me, for her to keep all her income, spend her income as she wants, say for her children's lessons.
4. But if she and I are divorced, I don't want her to take half of my savings while we are married. I propose 0-10%.

What do you all think?

The reality is although we all don't want divorces, but it will happen. Why get married? To enjoy each other as much and as long as possible. But I am not asking for any moral lessons or the sanctity of marriage, just am I unreasonable with my prenuptial financial plan?

i am a doctor,from india and i've got a job offer to work in a medical centre in calabar (NIGERIA), i intend to do the job, how can i get the work permit and visa from the nigerian govt? I understand how unlikely this is...

A friend of mine mentioned a book that he would love to have, he recently heard about it on a show (not sure if it was radio or television). He told me the name of the program, but I've forogtten it already. I remember it started with an "S" and it was a book about Jamestown. He didn't know the title.

Anyway, I'd love to surprise him with it for his birthday, if anyone has any clue what I'm talking about?

Strange coincidence-Several years ago, my hubby rescued a turtle. We found out I was pregnant shortly after adopting this tutrle for the winter season. My hubby released the turtle in the spring and I gave birth to a little boy. 2 years have passed and one day, I discover the SAME turtle on my porch. Shortly thereafter, we discovered I am pregnat. Is there anything out there that relates a turtle to a pregnancy?

My 8 sunflowers were about 3' tall when I transplanted them to another part of the garden. I dug out the root ball, and moved them to a sunnier location. I watered the hole where they were to be planted, put a few ounces of miracle gro, and put the root ball into the new hole. I pressed the dirt to make an indentaiton around the stem, and have watered them well every day.
5 of the plants curved into a "C" shape, with all of the leaves limp and curling, but then we had a rainstorm, and they perked up. As soon as the sun came out, the leaves began to curl and droop again.

It's been a week. The lower leaves are limp and yellow or dry and dead, the upper leaves are droopy, and the head development has slowed to an almost standstill (they look like they've developed a tiy bit, but not much).

3 plants never drooped at all, and continued developing their heads as though they were never moved. What's wrong with the droopy ones? Have I killed them? Can I help them?
