no, we all have choices. even if we're genetically predisposed to certain behaviours we ultimately make a choice to make those behaviours. it may be harder for some than others to 'do the right thing' but unless it's a major chemical illness or imbalance then as I said. it's the choices and decisions we make.

Man, unlike other creatures, has free will and based on that he enters either paradise or hell because he makes his own destiny and chooses to be good or bad. Besides, God is fair, so he wouldn't pre-decide someone's fate.
In Islam, man is fundamentally good. Your heart, deep down can tell what's good or bad. No one goes to steal feeling peaceful!!in fact, in Islam, when there's no tranchant ruling on something, you can decide depending on how you feel about the matter at hand. If it feels right, do it.

Other than your terminology this is a basic tennant of Christianity, that we are born with a tendency to sin. Even as a baby the individual pits his/her desires above those of others a majority of the time.

You can be imprisoned by past karma, but you always have a choice to start doing good.
To those who are confused, karma means cause/effect. So while causes are in effect, you can't escape from karma, but, each cause has its own cause, and so forth endlessly, therefore, as long as you do good, you will maintain good karma.

No,we are responsible for our behaviors if we are evolved enough and sane enough to read this.
We may have to play with the deck we are dealt but we can still put cards on the table.
