my girlfriend's accord is covered with light scratches that can't be felt when you run your fingernail across the surface. they arent deep at all, but you can definitely notice them. the scratches are all over the car in small patches here and there. the damage was done using a kitchen soap sponge (rough side)

seeing as the scratches are light, they should be able to be buffed out. where can i take her car to be serviced? and how much will it cost approximately???

im thinking that paying for buffing out scratches is cheaper than repainting the entire car.

They like astronomy (this wasnt always so), chemistry, physics, oceanography, meteorology but have big problems with geology (5,000 yr old earth), biology (evolution) and hydrology (a flood over the entire earth and the water was miracled away). Is this the same pick and choose behavior fundies use when deciding which parts of the bible to use for daily living?

I've been having really bad allergies for the past week, and I've been sucking on cough drops constantly. I even sleep with one in my mouth. Now I have white spot on one half of the back of my throat and my tongue's taste buds are really bright red. Is this from the cough drops? My throat doesn't hurt at all.

I have been trying to be vegetarian for a while sometimes I won't eat meat sometimes I do.I think it would be better for me to ease into instead of stop eating meat all at once(which i have done so many times).I really want to do this.What's a good way to ease into the vegetarian lifestyle for a teen.

My husband just got home from 8 day trip to China with his MBA class. The group decided to post pictures on Flickr to share. Tonight my husband was showing me some new pictures were posted by one of his friends from the trip. This guy also sent him a personal email. When he opened it, the comment was, "Hope you're not jealous about the picture of Katie and I."

Katie is a single girl in their class, a year or two younger than my husband, and pretty cute. I know a group of them went out a few nights while in China and Katie was in the group with my husband. I know the nights included drinking and being out until 2-3 a.m.

My husband says the comment was meant to be a joke, since his friend knows that he "can't stand" Katie. But the comment included no "J/K" or smiley face or any other comment to make it seem sarcastic.

I know I'm probably being silly. But late nights, cute single girl, different country, drinking.... now this comment? Should I be suspicious

He died suddenly 6 weeks after I gave him a loan of $8,000 U.S. dollars. He bought a truck, tools, and ? with it. He signed an informal handwritten contract for me, no cosigner, not notoraized. He was expecting a check from compensation any day to repay me. Now his family says I'm getting nothing since the check won't come and since he had no money banked. Can I get the comp money or am I able to retreive the vehicle and tools that I "bought"? How do I pursue this?
Note: I am suffering a great loss of a dear friend.....and I am just able to function enough to start to think about recovering my monetary losses. Any knowledgeable advice is greatlly appreciated! (New York State, USA)

i was 12-13 had my own job paying rent to stay were i worked with my friend with his family and when the the work permit came into efect i had to go home. there was some work after that but not a lot then got a bad rap with school ect.. start of 70s when nam was "over".
my outlook changed and life became difficult.
Question; am i alone in this? age 47 ?
