im going to say if everyone is healthy, the hawks get the 8th seed. they filled their void of a PG by getting Law who is the most nba ready PG in the draft. they still have joe johnson who is a great player, they got josh smith who is a great defender and explosive player, they have horford who is the best PF in the draft and is NBA ready. i think the hawks should have a nice season.

The Hawks should be a better team next year considering they are a year older. The key to the Hawks success is Johnson, without his leadership and winning experience, the rookies and other young players will be low on morale. The Hawks won't make the playoffs but should excite their fans for the future. As for Horford, expect him to be an immediate impact for the team.

i actually think they have a legit shot of making the playoffs but then again so does everyone else in the east. As long as their stars (johnson & smith) don't get injured, they'll contending for one of the final playoff spots. Like many true NBA fans i'm really excited for the city of atlanta because they have something to cheer about for a long time to come. As for Horford i see him being a spark off the bench the way Milsap was for the Jazz this past yr.

i think they will do cosiderably better than last season with the additions of al horford and acie law. im not sure if they will be a playoff team quite yet , but my guess is they will have a better record , and maybe in a few years they might be looking even better. then again you never know they might do just as bad, we really have to wait for the season to start.

I think they will be better than the past few seasons but I don't think they will make the playoffs but who knows with the East.

I'll answer this with a question. How do the Hawks do every year? The answer is the same.
