He is living the good life with his parents and mooches money off them. He is very lazy so much so he gets up at 11.00am every day. All he does is hang around the shopping centres and the library. He has no confidence and self esteem. Can you give him serious advice before he crumbles? His parents have set him a deadline to find a job or move out

After going threw really bad choices (drugs, sex, etc.) from ages of 16-18 I became inactive. I am now 21 and I am trying to emotionally gear myself to going back and becoming active again.

I believe in the church with all of my heart and I know the gospel is true. I am just having a really hard time giving up worldly things, like drinking, etc. I know the Lord will forgive me of my wrongful choices and welcome me back to the fold. I know this! I just can't understand it.

My Husband (who isn't a member but is will to go to church) and I have a 19 month old daughter and I can't get passed the idea that she isn't learning the gospel.

What can I do to help reconvert myself? I know the obvious... like read your scriptures and pray. We have also had the missionaries over often. I have and yes it has helped but I am still not where I should be.

I have really bad social anxiety and that is another piece in the puzzle. Thanks for your help. And please, no Mormon bashing.

Guys, I am writing a new novella and I started to describe a lot in there. Will it be boring if I made the whole 4 or 5 paragraphs describing the place and the characters. Yesterday, roofers cut shingles off the roof and little bits of tar fell on the hood, bumper and sides of my new car. I took it through a touchless wash, but it had been 90 degrees since 7 am, and the tar was baked on. Is there a way to safely remove these tar bits myself without ruining my car's finish, or should I take it to a detail shop?

Michael Mullen raped and murdered his 2 year old niece.
Today he was sentenced to serve a minimum tariff of 35 years.
Sounds like a long sentence? Mullen is only 21 years old, so if released after that time would still only be 46. Surely in such a case he should be told -- life means life?
How many years of life, achievement and happiness did he deprive that little girl of?
Any opinions?
