Iraq revives Saddam oil deal with China

Baghdad has revived a contract signed by the Saddam Hussein administration allowing a state-owned Chinese oil company to develop an Iraqi oil field, the Iraqi oil minister told the Financial Times in Beijing yesterday.

Hussein al-Shahristani also said Baghdad welcomed Chinese oil company bids for any other contract in the country through a "fair and transparent bidding process" to be laid out in the new oil law under discussion in Iraq's parliament.

China National Petroleum Corporation, the country's largest oil company and the parent of listed group Petrochina, signed a deal with Iraq in 1997 to develop the al-Ahdab oil field. The field is one of the first to be offered to foreign investors since the 2003 US-led invasion.

...they can so easily accept that God is an eternal being without a creator? One of the main points behind the Christian faith is they cannot fathom the universe existing without a creator, everything has to have a creator--but if they believe that is so, then why do they so readily accept God as someone who simply is and always has been? Is it that hard to imagine the universe (or at least the point that exploded and became the universe) in that same fashion?

The only details are that Chris Benoit couldn't compete at WWE Vengeance last night because of a "family emergency"
No details are here yet of anything that could have possibly happened to Chris and his family in his Fayette County, Ga home.
Vince McMahon showed up on Monday Night Raw, and said how his [Vince's] character died, but Beniot and family really died.
Nobody knows yet if McMahon will go on with the death storyline

I am 17 and was brought up a christian but ive never been baptized.
my dads side of the family is catholics but they dont practice anymore.
After spending a week with my cousin (shes in her 30s and just converted to catholicism) it really made me happy to hear her talk about catholicism then i attended church with here and loved it! I felt at home.

anyways. what are the basic steps that I could follow in order to convert?

I tried the game at my cousins house and I really love it. I asked my mom if I could buy it. She said she is worried they will steal a lot of money from us because of the way you pay for it. according to local Atlanta media, reports state that police found the bodies around 4PM local time. Police would not say what the cause of death was. They have, however, confirmed the family was not shot to death.

Police were dispatched to Benoit's home after receiving a call from WWE officials who were concerned after not being able to reach Benoit.
