Its abominable, a cretin can commit an act like that and waltz in an out of jail like it was some kind of holiday camp. I know it sounds very animated, but that is almost incomprehensible.

This judge should be removed from the bench. He sounds like a practicing pedophile himself so he is lenient on his fellow pedophiles.
In the USA we had a judge a few years ago who blamed the 6 year old victim for seducing the man. He was removed by voters from the bench. Would love to read a follow up on him.

Sounds about right, after all, we are living in a society where the paedophile gets all the rights and protection, God forbid people should find out where they live; yet children are put in danger from these...specimens...because parents aren't told that they're living near them...it's a truly screwed up society in which we live. What about the rights of the victims and potential victims?

yeah and people say the legal systems fair... i don't know the whole story but 4 months for rape and peadiphilea (probz spelt it rong, oh well) dat is a disgrace, that judge doesn't deserve his title, the governments too corrupt, grrrrrrrr

do you no that now in the u.k if you have sex with a drunk woman (even if she says yes) its classed as rape! are you in the u.k? if you are did you see the 2 page spread in the sun newspaper a few months ago that names and shamed all the judges that let paedophiles go free or give them little sentences! i recon there all going mad!
