World of Warcraft?

I have been playing world of warcraft for about five months now and it is starting to become boring, and I was wondering if there is anything I could do to make the game fun again.

try rolling a character on an RP server and role play. RP really helps me when I'm bored of battlegrounds, instances, and quests.

I found I've hit a wall with a lot of my alts.
The best way is to re-roll a new character, find a class that you like.
You can also try Grouping more often. WoW Is really boring alone. If you can get a Real-life friend to play and level with you, you'll have a great time. Instancing is usually really fun if you don't get grouped with a moron.

A lot of people also go for the PvP Scene. Battlegrounds, arenas, even the occasional ganking of the lowbies are there to be had.

The very best way to make the game fun, though, is find a really, really good guild. They don't necessarily have to be the most skilled guys on the server with the best loot, but having some people to talk to that you like transfroms WoW From a game into a hell of a Hang-out spot.

Try starting an Alt, such as a rogue, and getting him to 19. Then twink him out, just do BGs with him, and join a twink guild

The large amount of PVP really helps keep interest in the game. Also you could try other alts, on RP servers, maybe get 'into' the game a little bit more.

I have 3 level 70's and I'm constantly busy and in Kara or Grull's with one of them or farming mats for things one of them needs so I never get a chance to just hang out and be bored anymore so I made an alt on the opposing faction side (role play server) that is anonymous and I'm having a blast.

Try doing PvP such as Arena, Warsong Gulch or Arathi Basin. Or try making alts with different races/classes and experiment with stuff.
Another idea is to round up a lot of high level 50-70 people and invade the opposing faction's territory.
I know, quests and leveling up are very boring.

I am playing on a private server right now all you have to do is search world of warcraft private servers and best of all it doesn't cost. You can play on a private server ranging anywhere from 1 kill gets you level 70 to 30x higher exp. to blizzlike to fun servers. The one I am playing know it is a 10x and someone in my guild went from level 1 to level 70 in 28 hours.

If you get bored with the character you are using, create an alt and mess around.

If you want to try something totally new, like leveling areas and such, try the other faction.

You can also take a leveling break and do some BGs.

I had the same problem, i just took a brake from the game for about a month than made an alt, but you can just level your main, becaus they will have about 2-3 levels on in blue XP
(double experience). and somtimes it just fun to make a new alt,

as many have said, get an alt and try alliance or horde, whichever you aren't on. use the auction house more often. find more people you know on WoW. get a hunter and try out different pets. just do a bunch of random things concerning class and race, get into the fine details to figure out what you like the most.

or wait until BlizzCon and buy new Expansion pack

with new instance like outland and 2 races
