OK dude, this is really simple. all you do i beat the elite four and go back into the cave. Go to the far right and up the rocks. The guy that was there will be gone and you can go throught ot route 224. It has a couple ghost like duskull and dusclops.

You need to beat the elite four and get the national dex. Then go back to where the fat guy was blocking the entrance and team up with the worst partner ever =/. Hell apparently is a foggy place.

you can only go there if you go to the event or put the walk trough anything cheat and go there and so on
