There was a report on Yahoo news about a P-38 fighter plane that was salvaged 50 years after it crashed in Greenland. It was covered by 250 feet of ice. Now I'm just a dumb redneck, but that figures to 5' of ice a year. Doesn't that go against the conventional wisdom of Global warming? Shouldn't the ice have been receeding on Greenland?

A common answer I get when I express doubt on Biblical stories is that God is unknowable, his ways are different, and we shouldn't question his decisions. Why not? If you question something perfect, there should be easy, obvious answers.

I went to an Indian Music Concert last night by myself. It was close to where I work and I like the music so I decided to go.

I called my cousin before the concert started. She is married to an Armenian gentlemen and 1 year older than me.

She sometimes goes to Indian shows/concerts alone. I asked her how it was going alone.

She said "Nobody cares." It sounded very callous to me. Is this an appropriate this to say?

I would have said, "No, don't worry about it. Just enjoy the show."

I am also taking some classes in the evenings like fitness, jazz dance, and tennis. I did not mention it to my cousin.

I told the same things to my Aunt and she was happy and said that's good. She was glad that I would be busy and enjoy the show.

I keep my problems with my ex-husband to myself now and don't talk to my cousin. Some people are just too bitter to talk to. She asked if my ex-husband had called and I said "No" even though he had. I did not want to get into it

i thought the mccanns were intelligent people but the fact is that the more of a public circus they make ontta the childs disappearance the less chance they have of getting her back alive or dead and why has the police not taken the parents in as suspects yet cause to me they should be done for this as they contributed to her disappearance by neglecting their duties as parents weather they like it or not if they were not so neglectfull their daughter would be ok

I have been told a emissions test for diesels in the UK only tests for smoke or particulates, Is this correct? I am tuning my 530d and want to improve performance by fitting a bypass instead of the catalyst, but still want it to pass the mot without the hassle of fitting it back for the mot every year.

thanks i relly like the fact that some people enjoy swimming as much as i do. the bad thing is the suits we got this year are so small and they are weird to swim in. oh well i go faster with it on anyway.
