when i speak in a classroom (i know everybody in)

Same happens to me. Plus when I lift things, even if its not heavy things. Something to do with blood vessels, its not a bad thing and nothing to worry about, but if it really is bothering you I'm pretty sure they can block these vessels off with some sort of surgery.. seems drastic tho.

Stage fright and you aren't sure of yourself. Maybe 90% of the people in world are like that. I heard once that if you visualize your audience being naked it helps (lol). The key is to get by that initial fear that everyone thinks you are dumb and laughing at you. Probably, all of the people are having the same problem. Get up there, take a breath, look at everyone and wait for a few seconds before you speak. You know who you are -- be tough.

You probably have some English heritage in you. Most of us have this problem. Watch prince harry talk, he does the same thing.
