Well, right now I'm almost 16 and about 130 pounds [5'6"]
I used to be like 150-60 or something like that, I can't remember.
I went on a diet and lost alot of weight..now I'm scared of gaining it back lol.
I exercise plenty everyday.
But my question is...as I get older [like once I marry, and have a job] if I don't have time to exercise as much as I am now..does that mean I will gain weight?
I highly doubt I'll get back to where I was..I'd eat so much junk and tons of rice and beans..I eat about half of that now.
But does that mean I'll end up gainging weight..or not necessarily?
