well lets see for starters he excuted the whole iraqi soccer team for losing., exterminated those who were against him and burried them in mass graves, he gassed the kurds and killed thousands because they were against him, and oh yeah took over kuwait by force stole valuables from them and took over the oil fields, and if you never been to iraq to see the palaces he built for himself while the rest of the country lived in poverty..anything else i can answer
