Nah instead I say "holy great flying monkeyman of the parallel dimention directly paralell of ours and blah blah blah blah blah...ect" It always ends up as me telling myself or someone else a story. It calms me down and makes the pain go away.

If I'd hurt my self I'd be angry with myself and probably the first obscenity to leave my mouth would be "Oh!, for f**** sake!" Well it's the usual reflex action to most things is swearing.
