Yesterday as I was driving through the parking lot of a gas station, a truck turned and smashes into my driver's side door - putting a big dent in it. I called the cops. And the cop showed up, I told him what happened. He filed the report and I believe he said that no one was at fault because it happened on private property. Which is absolutely bs because the guy ran into me so it is clearly his fault. So today I called my insurance company and told them about it and they said since no one was cited at fault, they will pay for the damages and I have to pay the $500 deductable. I went to go get an estimate and its $800 to fix.

Should I really have to pay anything at all? Because it was clearly not my fault and all the other guy's fault. What should I do? Should I call back the cop and talk to him? I believe the guy who hit me should have to pay for all the damages, right? I shouldn't be paying for a thing. What should I say so it is fair for me?

I got a new fish tank on sunday. I put two of my guppies in the tank yesterday to see if the water was safe for my other fish. Then today i put six more guppies in the tank and one of my males died right away. So i took them back out of the new tank and put them in a small bowl so more didnt die. Do you think i should get the water checked or do you think it was just bad timing. Maybe i hit it with the net when i caught him. I dont want to keep stressing my fish out so i dont know what to do? HELP!

Simple as that, I want to convert Flash games I made to GBA rom files so I can play my own games on my GBA, I know videos can be made and I saw Flash games on this unit called "One Station" so yeah I'm looking for a way to convert maybe the .swf file or the .exe file to GBA rom....Thanks!

I am the cheapest ones I can find, usually in 100 packs. The ones that I currently have are Imations, and I've used about 1/3 of them so far. The problem is that sometimes I burn a disk, and the burn process goes smoothly (no errors, etc.), but when I take the CD out to my car (often immediately after burning it), it skips. The disk hasn't been scratched or anything. This happens with all the brands I have bought (but note that they are all the lowest in price available). It doesn't appear to happen when I burn data, only audio. So it could possibly be that my CD player in my car sucks, but its a fairly new car (an '06 Toyota Corolla). Should I start buying more expensive CD-Rs?

So on April 19 I had a day of spotting, no period in April. May I was supposed to get my period on the 10th, no period, the doctor gave me two blood tests 2 days apart and I took 8 urine tests at home, all negative. They gave me some estrogen progesterone medication to start my period. I finally started on the 20th of May. It was very light and lasted about two days. it is now June I took two pregnancy tests last nigh, different brands, both came out positive, the only reason I took them was because by breasts are so sore I cant even touch them, and my husband was kidding with me about being pregnant. I don’t get to go to the doctor until next week but I think it was in April because when was Pregnant with my little girl I didn’t get a positive test until I was about 3 months along. So my question to you is what month do you think I conceived?
