Hi people, well I am 7 weeks pregnant now and due to go shopping today. I have know that Im pregnant for almsot 2 weeks and I am really wanting to eat the right food so please can somebody tell me what is good for me to eat that will help my babys development. I dont want to eat stuff that will harm the baby and Im fed up with friends saying eat this and eat that and then others saying no you cant eat that even though a certain friend has said its ok to eat it!!! GRRR!! its so confusing and I cant ask the midwife as I dont yet have one!

I have two betta in two separate tanks. Due to my newness with fish, there was a lot of bacteria from waste in their tanks. One got tail rot and it getting better, now the other has it. I want to know if it is okay to use the same gravel cleaner in their tanks or will that give each other the infection over and over again? I have that expensive Eheim Gravel Cleaner that is battery operated. Do I need to buy two of those?

I just answered the phone, and it was one of them rubbish calls where it takes ages to connect then someone with a very bad accent begins to speak '

Him: "Hello is that Mr (my dads name)?

Me: "No. Hes not here"

Him: "Ok, is this a friend or family member?

Me: "Yes"

Him: "Ok, because we are offering you a phone, on contract or pay as you go"...blah blah (he went on and on talking really fast in a foreign accent)..

Me: "You're offering me what?"

Him: "A phone...blah blah blah"

Me: "Oh, no, Im not interested thanks"

Him: "How can you not be interested? You must be interested"

Me: "NO, I'm not. I'm putting the phone down now."

Him: "I'll call you again"

Me: "No you wont or I'll report you."

Him: "I'll report you too"

Me: "For what?"

Him: "For being abusive"

At that point I put the phone down. I thought WTF! I've never had that before, but it annoyed me so much that he said he'd keep calling me. Can he actually do anything? and what can i do?

The IPCC report has been edited so much it doesn't fallow the scientific data.

algore's movie has been shown to be a fabrication:
Polar bears are not drowning.
Glaciers are not shrinking as fast as claimed.
etc.

Consensus of scientists is not scientific fact, just opinion.

Peer reviewed data is not scientific fact, just agreement of opinion.

The graph that seems to be thrown up every time it is asked about temp. is a farce. We do not have records of temperature to the 100/th of a degree before the 70s. And the estimations of temps are all within a margin of error that they are not conclusive of anything let alone accurate.

CO2 is not light enough to reach the upper atmosphere to reflect heat from the sun back to earth and if it was it would also reflect heat away from earth. Funny how physics works huh? CO2 doesn't even hold or reflect heat.

As long as I can remember I've had a habit of wiggling and snapping my toes constantly. Whenever I'm watchin' TV or calming down I have to move them constantly. The funniest thing about it is, that my father, my grandma, my sister and my brother wiggle their toes the same way like I do. Same pattern!!! So my question is: Do you wiggle your toes and do you have family members, who do it, too?
