i am a 16 year old girl. since thursday i have had an extremly sore throat constantly. it stops me from sleeping and it is so painful that i can't swallow which means i have to spit (which i despise). i am not a big eater anyway but i have eaten next to nothing or drunk next to nothing since thursday. it is a saturday so can't go to the doctors as they are closed at weekends. anyone have any ideas what this could be and how serious it is? or is it nothing? also, i have started getting very nasty headaches right behind my eyes which tablets don't relieve.

thank you in advance.

ps. i dont no if this is relevent but i had my last GCSE exam on wednesday (the whole exam time was quite stressful)

our north and south polls have flipped, (for about a year each time) time and again. this is a fact, look it up..it's about to happen again, perhaps in our lifetime...it wreaks havoc on the weather norms. after this happens and we see what power the earth can unleash regardless of man, will we then see the light and come to the conclusion there is no way in heaven or earth that would could possibly have any meaningful affect on the planet?

the bathroom. His cell phone is constantly ringing. He is constantly on the move. I call him to speak to him he is constantly being interupted by someone asking him a question. He is constantly talking to two or three people while he is trying to have a conversation with me. I went to see him at his church, I had to deal with a woman who greeted me with negative/hostile attitude. This woman kept calling him on his cell phone, kept asking/looking for him. He answered her a few times and she wanted nothing but that is niether here nor there. This man tells me he would like a relationship with me. He says we "click:. He is willing to stop some of his activities that make him so busy. I advised him I don't think he should be in a relationship right now when he doesn't have the time not even for himself. If he doesn't have time for himself how is he going to have time for me. He wants me to give him a try, should I?

Atheists don't believe in God. My honest question is this, how can you be sure?
It seems hard for me to believe that the earth, sun and moon and all of existence is all just happenstance and blind luck, and that the natural order of things just came into being.
Don't you ever wonder (even in your 'weaker' moments, if maybe the Christians might have it right?
Also, if you are wrong are you prepared to really face those consequences?

"but we sometimes forget how recent a feature of society such public services are"

here's the context.
(I'm a spanish native speaker and I can't find a translation for it, if you do not speak spanish, please explain me the menaing in English)

Broad-based access to these social institutions has been key to the security and prosperity of
people in wealthy nations, but we sometimes forget how recent a feature of society such public
services are. Almost sixty years ago, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights affirmed that
a decent standard of living, including access to health and education, were fundamental
human rights. Subsequent international agreements legally committed governments to
progressive realisation of social rights, including the right to water.
