This sounds like a UK system, when doing a finger prick test the result should be between 4 & 6, below 4 is a sign of a hypo, eat something, higher than 6 and you should maybe exercise a little to bring the sugar level down, speak to your doctor though, often my own is around 7 which my doctor says if fine.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

you have a reading in mmol you need to convert it to the other units (i'm not famliar with them) i.e calliberate your machine. in the UK 3.8 is low as levels should ideally lie between 4.00 and 7.00 mmol and no higher than 10.0mmol two hours after a meal.

A reading of 3.8 is good, what is recommended.Anything below 5 is ideal.Should try to keep it from going above 5.

Are you in another country? I don't know of a home testing kit for A1C...for A1C that would be good. Blood glucose for normal people is about 72-100? 3.8 would be dead and in the grave?

read the manuel, maybe you can change the meter to read from mmol to dil...I think you have to convert your meter to dil. I found a chart about halfway down this page to convert your reading to americanized numbers. It looks like 3.8 is a good number, if you were fasting.
