I have started the prequal paper work, am determined to continue with researching a pre foreclosure home that I was told about by a friend, and am a bit nervous about how much I don't know about buying real estate. I am told I will have to pay for title insurance to protect the lender. What does this policy cover, is it sufficient protection for me as well and how much does it cost?

I'm sorry to everybody who loves me on here but I just can't find a way to be on here 24/7. I know that's what my fans want and I just can't give it to them. My ex dumped me 4 mths ago. We were together 8 mths.

I tried to get back with her. She said us being apart was right. She wanted to "stay friends". I said we could not stay totally out of touch but would never be best friends.

We dated other people briefly. I rang her 6 wks ago to suggest we catch up. She said no as she was seeing someone else and it wouldn't be fair on them. I thought this weird considering she wanted to stay friends but acted fine.

I dropped her an e-mail and said I had moved on, was fine with things, now seeing someone else (to test her reaction!!) and happy to be friends. She rang me straight away. The first time she has called me since we split!! She said she wasn't seeing anyone.

We met up for a drink a wk ago.We chatted generally. I ended things & said nice to see her.

I texted on tues saying to call if she was free. She rang straight away.

We agreed to meet for lunch on sunday. Is she interested again??

I saw this episode of Tyra where she did an experiment with a young blonde attractive woman, where when the woman was turned into an "average" not so good looking woman no one would look twice at her, but when she was her normal self (kinda hoochie) everyone dropped what they were doing to help her. This really opened my eyes because I don't think that I help people as much as I could but then again i'm not like those people who will not help because of how you look.

I truly believe as He is a Omnipotent God, He surely take just a instant to create all those clean animals just after the Noah Flood.

However, He did asked Noah to do a lot of work and there are unclean animal which you could do nothing with it.

What do you think?

My sister's kids brought it over and I let them hook it up to the Widescreen in the Living Room. I was really excited because all I have heard about is how great it is.

Boy was I dissapointed. I fellt like I was playing some kind of game in Kindergarten. The graphics aren't that great, and the people look like Leggo people. Is it just the fact that you actually get to m ove around when you play the cool part?

I mean, if I wanted to move around playing a game of Tennis or Baseball I'd go out and play the real thing.

I just don't get it.
