my friend is going through a tough time at the minute because a woman is claiming he is the father of her child. this is highly unlikely since he claims he did not sleep with her!!!!she tells her friends that he is the dad but has refused to have the test!how can he put an end to this madness?

My daughter is 15 weeks old and can't sleep at night or nap in the day without being swaddled she's very wriggly or wakes herself up with a jolt. How old are babies in general when they grow out of this and don't need wrapping up anymore? And any tips on getting her to sleep without being swaddled? Thanks

I am leaving for europe tomorrow so i need plenty new music to keep me busy, my iPod couldn't be turned on. I tried everything, i kept pressing all of the buttons but it still couldn't turn on.. what should i do? (Besides going to the iPod store)

Additional Details

Another person in the car with expired license was let go to drive the vehicle. I've heard of many instances where they just give citations.

I live in the Bay Area, Calif. My property is on 1 acre. My neighbor has build a shed that is on my property without consulting me. We are friendly w/ the neighbors. I need to loose 35 pounds in 3 months before i turn 19. I run or walk 2 miles every night. I only eat 600-800 calories per day, and am never hungry. What else should I do ? I eat only healthy food. Please gives some advice.

Assuming that I live beyond my birthday, I've been wondering why I've had such bad memory and recollection for the past few years.

I was asked my mom's name when I was tested by someone for memory. I faltered.

Before this becomes too personal, I really think I have Alzheimer's.

My question is, do you think I have it and what stage am I in, or do I just have a very bad memory?
