like a woman i say i don't get angry but i suppose i do for the minute but i just speak my mind at the time (poor hubby haha ) try not to bottle things up or a male should walk outside with a rule no one is to follow an angry person & invade their space & cool down & do some deep breathing or even go for a run depending how angry or even take up a sport or love helps or saying sorry pretty quick helps or (the man approach SNAP out of it ) may work if the man caused it

With a 300 horse power electric Fan

With a very large "tanned" naked -Nordic "god" named

who waves the Palm fronds over me as I eat Grapes> ;)

Depends on who I am angry with. I prefer yelling and swearing, but that doesn't work with my kids or employees. With them, I just walk away and punch some inanimate object when they can't see me. I use the loud "bad words" with the dumb people on the streets that piss me off. Middle finger works too, especially while driving.

Yell & scream. Slam doors. Then do something to get my mind off of what made me angry. Read a book, watch a movie, listen to music.

sometimes i take my car onto the highway, blast the radio to a song that appeals to me in the moment and sceam as loud as i can.

if i cant do that, i go running or do yoga.

I do judo and get to fight people in a constructive way :)
