I have my own strong views about this, but am curious to what the consensus of opinion of others is.

Is it considered child sexual abuse if the child "comes on" to, and initiates the behavior with, an adult over 18?

I need help in dealing with my husband. Currently his ex wife is taking him to court to increas her child support. When they divorced they agreed to 15% of his income and he pays for medical care. He has paid that on time every time and never once been late. No suddenly that is not enough and she is taking him to court. He is so very angry and has serious issues with his ex wife to start with. This just has made things even worse. When we go to court Im afraid he will show his anger and make things worse. How do I help him get through this. Soon we will be going to court for shared custody due to all the issues my step daughter has and Im so afraid he will not be able to controll his anger at his ex wife during all of this. It hurts him so badly to see what she has done to his daughter. He just cant seem to keep it inside when he needs to. Its hard enough doing that around his daughter but when he comes face to face with the ex in court I just think all heck is going to break loose.

I'm doing a DBQ and I'm on the essay part. Well the question is:

"Between 1860 and 1900, life for blacks in America improved dramatically. Assess the truth of this statement and write a well developed essay exspressing your beliefs"

bike acts like it wants to cut out as i open the throttle--bike has two brothers slip on pip[e--dont know if its been jetted--with stock air filter that was in it i would say probably NO what can i do to try to tune it-make it run correct now that it cuts out with the KN filter in it---KN says jetting-tuning may be required? what can i try first and if not what can i do for sure to fix this new problem (bike is excellent shape never had mech probs or anything before the KN went in)

my finger is PUMPIMNG BLOOD!!!.... i got it wraped up right now and i dont see signs of it bleeding through....finger tip feels a little numb....if it is a vien and i wrap it tight will the bleeding stop ? and if i can keep it under control wll it be ok?

My son (18 months old) hid my keys this morning and my wife had left early because she wanted to go to an earlier service at another church. I ended up about 20 minutes late (just in time for the offerings). I made it in time for the christening, which was actually a nice little ceremony, way better than the one my son got at my wife's church (I told her I wanted my money back). Well, as the collection plate was being passed for the second time (building funds are separate from tithes, as are special events and other fund raisers) and the pastor was walking up to give his sermon, my son spewed his lunch all over me. I had actually went and was pretending to be a good little christian, clapping my hands and singing the songs and everything, and then my son ruined my outfit and his. I had packed a spare for him, but my outfit was ruined so I had to go home and change. Is this divine intervention, did the devil take control of my child in church, or is it just a lucky coincidence?

My lawn is riddled with gopher holes. The grass is turning brown and I have tried all sorts of methods but they just come back, they are so familiar I gave them all names. I can't let the gophers win. Please help.
