I was always told not to let Jiffy Lube give oil changes, and the one time I didn't listen, something bad happened. I was also told don't allow Firestone with under the hood stuff...but are any of these true

I have 2 dvd writers, One is a Sony DRE 710A.

I downloaded winAmp, and have sice removed it!

My Sony will read and burn a CD, but it will not recognize or burn a DVD, though it shows up in everthing correctly and I see nothing in DxDiag that is concerning. There are no drivers except those of XP and I redownload SP 2 and that did nothing

One program keeps telling me to change IO, but I don't know what that is!

Any guesses?

It had been playing DVD's fine!

Any ideas?

Meanings....and why would you choose to be this kind of stone?

When ever I plug my home computers Ethernet cable to my laptop it says its connected on my laptop. So I turned my cable modem off and then on my laptop it still says its connected but the cable modem is turned off. What would be the problem of this?

It's actually very bush league and sets a poor example for younger fans. I personally don't find it amusing, but it seems to be the new sexy thing for the Sportcenter gang.
