There are still so many teams with a shot at it, I'd say the odds are low for any team.

Honestly, with their pitching and small ball approach at the plate this year (which is more consistent then waiting for the home run), they need to stay healthy and not get okay with leading the division. If they stay in the playoff picture and they have all their pitchers healthy, they will be hard to beat in the playoffs, as Beckett, Schill, Dice-K always seem to have good stuff in big games, Wakefield can be spotty but he was 2-1 in the 2003 alcs (the 1 loss was Aaron "Bleepin" Boone) and then they will get Lester back and in form by then, who is a great young lefty (7-2 in 15 starts last year before being diagnosed with cancer). That's if they stay healthy, if some pitchers get injured, Tavarez will start, which he has done well but no one can say for sure if he will keep on this pace, then the Pinero, who moved to the bullpen after not being a reliable starter, and finally Papelbon could start, since the emergence of Okajima who is reliable as a closer, but that is very unlikely.
The biggest factor in baseball has always been Attrition, so far the Sox seem to have it, and if they keep it they should be the odds-on favorite in the playoffs.

They are as good as anyone. If they play smart and don't take an opponent too lightly (like the Tigers did last year), I like thier chances.
Don't be surprised or alarmed if they cool off a bit in July or August. I think they'll recover and hit the playoffs on a pretty good roll. Francona is very good, so don't count them out.
If anyone makes you nervous, it should be the Mets. As a Phillies fan, I hate to say that, but the Mets are pretty darn good and would present a formidable challenge should both teams make the Series.

It would be nice if it were, but I dunno. The season's not even 1/2way done, so anything is still possible.
