theres a bird.

he lives in the tree outside my office window

i dont usually have a problem with birds but this one is insane

he routinely makes it a game to sit on the branch of the tree then crash into the window as hard as he can.

hes not dead yet. (obviously)

and the window's not broken

but its the most annoying thing. he'll do it over and over again.

most of the time it'll be 500-700times a day

does anyone know what he wants or why he/she might be doing this?

if this helps, its a greyish-brown colored bird, with a red belly, and its rather fat when it sits down on the branch.
while flying its about 3/4 of the size of a crow, and it has an orange beak.

although he seems to be there all the time, there is no nest that i can see and even if there was im not going up there to try to get it down and relocate the little motherfuc|
please help me someone...anyone?

I'm trying to do an eventHandler for my yahtzee program. When the user clicks a dice I want a label under it to display "hold." This is the procedure I wrote:

A blue line shows up under pic1.click and says I need a raise event procedure or something. What am I doing wrong?

Me and my family go to Orlando every year during the summer for our family vacation, for a month. We rent a beach house and stuff but parents like to eat out EVERYDAY!! so I'll be eating really bad food everyday for the next 30 days lol. If All inheritance was taxed at the same rates as salaries and wages, the average working person would only need to pay about half what they pay now (for the government to have the same revenue) Some say it isn't fair. I've heard all the arguement. "its double taxation". Well so is sales tax, import tax and property tax. The simple way to avoid paying it: spend it wile your alive, and give people who actually work for a living a break.

I have been recently divorced, it was my choice but I regretted that we only had one child. I decided to give a guy who is younger than me the chance to father my next child, but he does not know this.

I intended that when I got pregnant that I would tell him and give him the fully optional decision to be involved or not. I would not ask him for support or nothing because it was my plan - not our plan.

The problem is that I now like him so much that I would have wanted to delay getting pregnant and turn it into a real relationship. Mind you, he thinks it is a real relationship, he is VERY good looking and ADORES me :).

If he leaves me when he finds out that I am pregnant, I will feel bad, and that was not part of the plan. Oh what can I do now? I won't know for another week if I am pregnant or not, but I tracked my ovulation and we had sex on every one of my fertile days, I left nothing to chance!

If I am pregnant, I am not having an abortion.

Advice, please!

And to add insult to this, they're having it in the events center of the major University of the area! I'm thinking about staging a protest with some friends, a peaceful one just to promote intelligence and science over these fools who preach that the world is 6,000 years old and dinosaurs walked with man, among other rubbish.

So any ideas? I was thinking about holding up some posters outside, with some of their ridiculous preachings, to point them out. I don't know what else. They took out the front page in the newspaper for it, with a quote from some guy around here saying "It will change the community forever." What a joke!

Any ideas here would be great, especially anything specific. Thanks!
