My fiance was booked on a burglary in a dwelling charge... something he didn't do, he has witnesses that were with him at the supposed time of the burglary. They are still going to charge him regardless, and they have him on a parole hold trying to revoke it. We need to know what his options are and how to move things along. This is in Louisiana.

I was curious about the music of Bone during their early years on Ruthless Records (Creepin on a Come up, E. 1999 Eternal). Who actually produced their tracks? I always thought they had unique beats & harmonies to their songs that weren't similar to many other rap artists at the time. Anybody have any info on this?

the fish is somewhat floating at the top of the tank at a 45 degree angle and he is acting very lethargic. he looks sickly and im wondering what i should do? please respond quickly because if hes sick i do not want him to infect the rest of the fish.

I know it sounds funny, but I read in some articles two years ago of a certain scientific project: a elevator, if we can call it that way, that will take astronauts to space. No rockets, I think. But I still find it hard to believe it. It sounds so science fiction, like out of "Star Trek" tv show. "Bean me up Scotty"? Will it become reality? Or scientists have been drinking too much whiskey? What do you think?

Yes - We must avoid bad deeds in our lives aswell as accepting Jesus to get to heaven.

N0 - Someone can do horrible things all their life and still get to heaven through accepting christ.

You choose christians, if you truely believe that bad deeds don't affect your judgement, than you believe that someone can be a horrible murderer and sin all their lives and get to heaven by accepting christ.

I was denied an apartment b/c the building doesn't rent to "full-time students" Is this discrimination? I received my letter today, and it was dated May 29th, 2007. Now, I turned in my application last Friday 20 minutes before the office was closed, and after the manager showed me the apartment, she told me it took at least 5-7 days for my background and credit to be checked. Me getting the letter today, with May 29ths date lets me know that NO BACKGROUND/CREDIT check was done!!!!! While I was there, I asked her how much rent was, and if it went by income b/c I was a full-time student (but I also have a FULL-TIME JOB!). The manager told me it did, and that I should be fine. NOWHERE on the application does it state that the complex doesnt rent to students, or students "need not apply". I didnt even have to write "student" anywhere on the application. Do I have enough to file a complaint/lawsuit?
