My fiance was booked on a burglary in a dwelling charge... something he didn't do, he has witnesses that were with him at the supposed time of the burglary. They are still going to charge him regardless, and they have him on a parole hold trying to revoke it. We need to know what his options are and how to move things along. This is in Louisiana.

He cannot afford one and he has filled the paperwork out to get a court appointed, but this process is taking too long. We're trying to find a way to speed things up, like if there were anything I could do outside of this to get things going.

He needs to hire an attorney (not you) and ask for the attorney's advice. The attorney will send out a detective to check things out and determine if he is telling the truth or not, and then the attorney will present his case to the judge. These things are scheduled with the court, so he needs to talk with his attorney ASAP so as to give his attorney time to put together a good case on his behalf.

Going on your community voters suggestion Bureaux isn't probable appropriate on your situations. you want the suggestion of a solicitor specialising in employment regulation. I propose you're making a seek of your customary seek engine for employment attorneys on your city. Make a itemizing and verify them out on your community telephone e book. choose a regulation corporation that represents workers as they're going to in many circumstances grant a unfastened first consultation. in case you have a case, they're going to symbolize you on a contingency value foundation -i.e. no win no value. while you're a member of a commerce union, touch them at present so that they might take on your case.
