Ok I have been with my husband for over 2 years and love him very much. Last year we found out we were going to be parents and he was very excited. But since we found out I was pregnant he stopped being intimate with me. At first I thought it was the whole pregnancy thing but its been a year and we've had the baby and still nothing. He is effectionate thats it, Ive caught him with text messeges from other women talking about sex. He says that he doesnt consider that cheating and he likes to play with that fantasy. Im not a timid women and I am used to a once a day love schedule, I have men hitting on me and its almost tempting. Ive tried talking to him and I get a variety of excuses but still nothing has changed. He is a great daddy to our 2 month old but in the husband role he is lacking, is he trying to loose me or what? I dont know whats going on with him but Im not sure I can take much more of this, what should I do?

We've got a 12 wk old pup (Australian Kelpie X Ridgeback) that is too young for dog training (16wks) but we've been training her at home. We have just over an acre block, with farm type fencing so this pup needs to be trained well. I agree with Ed Frawley's training method (see link) of using prong collars, I think if used correctly they inflict much less damage than remote collars or chokers.. yet my husband thinks it's unnecessary and cruel. This dog is growing large quickly and with three small kids I really want to train her effectively.. what do you think?
(Pls no smart alec comments about sterilising our pup.. she will be done, as all our animals are, when she's old enough.)

Darwin was merely the first person that suggested that life develops though natural selection.

He did not develop evolution. That was done by thousands of Biologists over the past 100 years.
Darwin did not know that all mammals on earth have three bones in their ear
He did not know that Humans share over 95% of our DNA with most primates
He did not know about the Temporal fenestra, which groups us in the same Class as Dinosaurs and other reptiles.
He had no clue about amniotic egg, which is a biological function that allows all land animals to give birth on land, instead of in water like Amphibians and fish.

I could go on, but he had nothing to do with this. This was all documented in the past century. Much of it in the past 20 years.

What's your opinion? I have been an avid fan of theirs for years, and I think that they can be. (Hope not, though!) I was just curious of other peoples' opinions on this.

According to the Gallup poll, 1/3 of Americans believe that the Bible is literally the word of god and should be taken literally word for word. How does this make you feel? Personally it makes me scared that the world could be filled with such ignorance.

I know that there have been a lot of skirmishes, and overthrowings, but Iraq was the first time I can recall that the US actually instigated the declaration of war. By the way, I thought that the USA finished wars, and didn't start them...Hmm...

Evolution does exist, and to say it does not shows tremendous ignorance to scientific evidence. Not only does it exist, but after a general understanding of genetics and simple reasoning, it's obvious. Not only is it obvious, but evidence in the form of fossils, comparitive anatomy, embriology, etc is overwhelming. It is "only a theory," but so is all of science, and a theory is HEAVILY BACKED explanation that has withstood time. Evolution is FACT among the scientific community, who do a poor job of communicating to the general public.

I have nothing against Christianity. But just because a book says everything was created in six days does not mean it was literally created in six days. And evolution does not oppose religion.

So my questions is why. Why do so many people (more than half of Americans) disagree with evolution, and embrace its pseudoscience alternatives - creationism and Intelligent Design? Are they stupid, or have they been poorly educated about the topic?
