the doctor stripped my membranes today, i was wondering if anyone else has had this done and if it worked. She said i was 3cen dilated and that i was probably 4 by time she was done....how long before i can expect any contraction, or anything?

are the engines in these bikes rattly because ive just done top end camshaft tappet shims and its still rattly they are set perfect.and bottom end is fine,camshafts are good to,any ideas?

I want to make a book about a group of people who are in a city who get tired of crime and crooks running amok in their city. I kind of want to base it on a hybrid of old and new school fighting games, which ranges the gambit of The Warriors to the Final Fight and Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle games, among other games, martial arts films, and other things like ATL and other movies that deal with various cultures within a city. Me and my husband and our 2kids live with his mom and stepdad. My husban can't stand his stepdad he has alot of anger towards him. I recently moved out of a shared house where my cat caused some damage to the carpet on the first floor landing. I believe this to be about 5 square metres and my landlord is now charging me £220 for this as well as £60 for fitting. I know its possible for carpet to cost this much however I am sure the original carpetting did not cost as much as this and I feel he is ripping me off. I am at the moment waiting for him to fax me details of the quote. What I want to know is what are my rights? Can I stop him from ripping me off? Only the money he is charging is nearly all of my deposit.
I am willing to pay for the damage but £300 is ridiculous.

By the way, I moved in there before April so the new law about deposits doesn't apply. I checked :(
